Chellos De Labrois
En L’Un Crois

A recording from France’s Chellos De Labrois, in a time when he was still working with the best of the French jazz scene. This recording was made during a tour for São Paulo, Brazil in the summer of 1984. The tour guide had a notebook with eight pages of notes, and when asked if he had any notes to play, he said yes. He then played the pages back and forth with the conductor, who had to keep a record of his actions, which he kept in a very good sound-proof box, which was kept in a very dark place. The music was recorded on just one tape, and that was ten minutes. It was then somehow lost, and the record was never played again. So, I have no idea where that came from, but I have to think that it was a lot of work for a very short amount of time.
